The fees payable under the new Securities Act R.S.P.E.I. Cap. S-3.1 are set in a Schedule to the Act. The fees are now as follows:

Registration Fees

Dealer and Adviser Firms - $600
Individual Salespersons, Trading and Counselling Officers - $200
Individual Transfers - $100
Change of Partners/Officers - $100
Filing Fees
Prospectus - $600
Additional Classes - $100
Shelf Prospectus - $800
Prospectus Amendment - $100
AIF filed under 51-102 or 81-106 - $500
Applications
Section 16 applications (registration, prospectus and other exemptions from Prince Edward Island Securities laws) - $200
Other applications (section 6 orders) - $100
